Can my donation be directed to a certain group, unit, etc?
Yes. Contributions may be designated for the assistance of a particular unit while it is deployed. Upon the unit’s return the contribution will be considered general funds.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Yes. PROUD is a 501 (c) (3) entity.

How much of my donation goes directly to help service members?
100%.

How does PROUD distribute contributions made to its general fund?
An Advisory Committee has developed a set of procedures for the board of directors to follow when making determinations based on need.

Does PROUD donate to military Family Readiness Groups?
Yes.

Can I make a non cash donation to PROUD?
No. PROUD can only accept cash, personal and corporate checks or credit card payments through PayPal.

Which service members benefit from PROUD’s donations?
PROUD supports all Wisconsin Reserve Component units this includes: WI Air and Army National Guard; US Army Reserve; US Marine Corps Reserve; US Navy Reserve and US Coast Guard Reserve.
